Job Title: Demi Chef (Asian & Western Fusion) Location: Klang Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,500 (based on experience) Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Asian and Western fusion dishes with consistency and creativity. Ensure all food meets high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in stock ordering. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas according to SOP. Support R&D for seasonal or specialty menus. Uphold kitchen safety, hygiene, and food quality standards at all times. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Asian and Western-style cooking. Team player with good communication and time management skills. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the brand. Able to work weekends and public holidays. Passionate about creating quality food with heart.
