Job Title: Sous Chef (North Indian, Goan & Tandoori Specialist) ​Job Summary ​We are seeking a passionate, high-energy, and experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team. In this role, you will be the second-in-command, working closely with the Head Chef to manage daily operations, maintain strict quality controls, and lead the line during high-volume services. ​The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of authentic North Indian gravies, the delicate balance of coastal Goan spice blends, and mastery over tandoori marinades and clay-oven firing. You must balance exceptional culinary execution with sharp leadership and back-of-house operational skills.
