Role Summary: We are hiring an experienced Seafood Head Chef to manage kitchen operations, develop menus, and ensure high-quality seafood preparation with consistency and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Manage daily kitchen operations Design seafood menu & standardize recipes Ensure freshness, quality, and hygiene Control food cost and reduce wastage Train and supervise kitchen staff Requirements 3+ years of kitchen experience (seafood preferred) Strong knowledge of seafood cuisines Team management & costing skills Note: Trial cooking is mandatory before hiring
