Minimum 6 years of experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef in Indian Cuisine (Curry Section) Proven expertise in Indian spices, gravies, and curry preparation Experience in high-volume kitchens or 4–5 star hotels (preferred) Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations Ability to perform under pressure during peak service hours Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
