We are hiring an experienced Chef for a pre-opening burger and chicken outlet under the brand CORE in Nungambakkam, Chennai. The selected candidate will join during the setup phase and will be responsible for: Preparing beef patties from scratch Burger assembly with proper portion control Handling fryer for chicken sides (wings, strips, popcorn chicken) Bun toasting, plating, and maintaining consistency in taste Following kitchen SOPs and hygiene standards Managing daily prep and minimizing wastage Experience Required: Prior experience in QSR, cloud kitchen, or burger/fried chicken outlet preferred Must be able to work independently in a compact kitchen environment Work Details: Employment Type: Full-time Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
