Key Responsibilities • Assist CDP and senior chefs in food preparation and cooking • Perform basic prep work such as chopping, marination, and portioning • Follow standardized recipes and instructions accurately • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation at all times • Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items • Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies • Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours • Adhere to food safety and health kitchen guidelines Desired Skills & Qualifications • Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine • Willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards • Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills Experience • 0–1 year of kitchen experience (freshers with culinary training may apply) What We Offer • Salary based on experience & expertise • Structured learning under experienced chefs • Career growth opportunities within the organization
