Sous Chef – Authentic Sichuan Cuisine The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in executing an authentic Sichuan menu with precision, consistency, and respect for traditional techniques and flavors. This role requires deep knowledge of Sichuan ingredients, sauces, spice profiles, and cooking methods, along with strong kitchen leadership and operational discipline.
