Job Title: Commis 1 – Indian Gravies Section (Base Kitchen) & Tandoor section Location: Bengaluru (Base Kitchen – Hub & Spoke Model) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are hiring a Commis 1 – Indian Gravies to support centralized production of Indian base gravies and finished gravies in a hub-and-spoke kitchen model. The role involves hands-on preparation and cooking while strictly adhering to standardized recipes, batch sizes, and SOPs under the supervision of the Demi Chef de Partie and Head Chef. This position is suitable for a chef with 1.5–3 years of relevant experience in Indian gravy preparation within structured kitchens.
