Job Opening: All-Rounder Café Chef / Multi-Tasking Staff Location: Faridabad Salary: Rs 15,000 – Rs18,000 (0 - 3 Years of Experience) Shift: 10–12 hours Joining: January 🧑‍🍳 Role Summary We are looking for a skilled and responsible All-Rounder Café Chef who can independently manage the kitchen, prepare menu items, handle customer orders, operate equipment, and maintain daily café operations smoothly. This role requires someone who is fast, reliable, and can take ownership of the café. 🔥 Key Responsibilities Kitchen & Food Preparation Prepare and assemble burgers, sandwiches, fries, shakes, rice bowls, snacks, etc. Follow recipes consistently to maintain taste and quality. Manage prep work (vegetables, sauces, buns, marination, etc.) Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Order & Customer Handling Take orders from walk-in customers politely. Manage Swiggy/Zomato order panel and pack orders neatly. Handle POS billing and cash transactions. Operations & Upkeep Operate fryer, grill, induction, mixer, oven, and other equipment. Track daily stock and report requirements on time. Maintain opening and closing checklists. Keep the workstation clean, organised, and food-safe. 🎯 Requirements 1–3 years of experience in a café/restaurant/fast food outlet. Should be skilled in basic cooking + fryer + grill work. Must be able to handle kitchen and counter independently. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Honest, punctual, and disciplined. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. 💡 Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory) Knowledge of shakes, mojitos, wraps, or pasta. Basic inventory management experience.
