Growth more is launching a traditional Indian Mughali cloud kitchen in springs Gauteng South Africa we aim to serve authentic high quality Indian Muslim cousin including dum biryani ,Motton nihaari , khichda , paya, kebabs ,tandoori dishes , and traditional curry , zam zam pulaw , chicken tikka biryaani , malai sheikh biryani , daal ghost ! We are looking for an experienced hands-on head chef or south sous chef who can independently prepare authentic dishes Handle large scale cooking , maintain consistent taste and quality, and help our kitchen from the ground up ! We welcome skilled chef from India who are open to relocating to South Africa !
