I'm a Hospitality professional with a Diploma in Catering and Accommodation Management and practical kitchen experience gained during attachment in the Kitchen/Chef Department at Zion Gardens Resort, Eldoret. Also experienced in hotel food service through waiter roles at Starbucks Hotel, Eldoret, and Zion Gardens, Soy. Knowledge of food preparation support, kitchen hygiene, sanitation, safe food handling, teamwork, and service standards. Seeking an entry-level Chef, Commis Chef, or Galley Cook opportunity with a cruise line, where I can contribute to safe, organised, and efficient food production while learning and following the vessel’s procedures.
