I am Hukm Ram, Chef De Partie, with 17 years of experience in hospitality Currently I am working with Accor Group, Hotel ibis Hebbal, Bangalore as CDP since July 2022. Previously, I worked as DCDP in Bahrain at Elite Crystal Hotel for 7 years, and with Oberoi Flight Services and Oberoi Airport Services, Cochin. My core strengths are Menu Planning, Food Cost Control, Inventory Management, Hygiene & HACCP standards, and Leading a team of 10+ chefs. I have expertise in Continental and Indian cuisines and I have successfully managed kitchen operations in two locations. Now I am looking to step up as a Sous Chef, where I can use my experience to contribute to the growth of the organization. Thank you."
