My name is Aman Chandel. I am a Commis II chef with around 3 years of experience in Continental cuisine. I have worked in professional hotel kitchens where I gained experience in food preparation, mise en place, grilling, sauces, soups, salads, pasta, and maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards. I enjoy learning new recipes, working under pressure, and being a team player. My goal is to continue improving my culinary skills and grow to higher positions in the hospitality industry.
