I began my culinary adventures as a teenager taking culinary courses at my high school. Eventually leading me to starting the California Culinary Academy in 2007 a week after graduating high school. I attended the campus for nearly a year before medical issues took me out for a year. I then returned to another culinary school at the Institute of Technology in Modesto,Ca where I graduated with my associates in culinary. I have since gained extensive culinary knowledge from amazing chefs from the Central Valley area. I've worked in restaurants, country clubs, private catering, food trucks, and even a general manager of Dominos for 3 years. I specialize in Italian, Breakfast, Baking & Pastry, and good ol' home food cooking 😊
