Classically trained chef with 25 years exspirience, working in hotels, restaurants and everything in between, mainly in london, Manchester and Oxford. I moved to Poland 4 years ago after the birth of my daughter. I am looking for full time work and I bring a vast knowledge of cooking, managing a kitchen and staff team, writing menus that reflect my exspirience and the clients wants and needs. I also count managing rotas, holidays and sickness, recruiting and keeping the chefs motivated and learning. My verbal polish is fair but in a kitchen working with chefs and resturant staff I can comunicate fine. Even though my last positions were as a head chef I am willing to lool at all oppertunities.
