I'm a simple man with a very unique and wide range of experiences in the restaurant industry. I've been a loader for a warehouse, been a dishwasher a few times,plenty of prep cooking as your typical gopher sort of role, essentially I have been slapped into so many different roles that you can actually just stick me somewhere,give me a crash course,and I'll have it down and done like I've always done it. A lot of my experience is with Italian, Southern comfort,and a touch of both traditional Mexican and Texan Mexican. I often like to joke that if it can hurt your heart, I can make it and make it good. So come on, throw something my way and I'll be your silly little anything cook.
