My culinary journey began after completing my degree in Food Science, when I chose to follow my passion for professional cooking. I have worked in reputed 4-star hotels, developing strong skills in food preparation, mise en place, plating, food safety, and kitchen operations. I enjoy creating high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.
