Chef SK Asikur Rahaman I am SK Asikur Rahaman, a passionate Commis Chef with hands-on experience in Continental, Indo-Chinese, and Tandoor cuisine. My culinary journey began after completing my degree in Food Science, when I chose to follow my passion for professional cooking. I have worked in reputed 4-star hotels, developing strong skills in food preparation, mise en place, plating, food safety, and kitchen operations. I enjoy creating high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen. I believe that great food comes from discipline, continuous learning, and attention to detail. My goal is to keep improving my culinary skills, take on greater responsibilities, and build a successful career in the hospitality industry, both in India and internationally.
