Good morning Sir/Ma’am, My name is Ankit Singh and I am from Uttarakhand. I have completed my graduation in History and Political Science from HNBGU Garhwal University, and I also hold a diploma in Hotel Management. I have around 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Currently, I am working as a Sous Chef at Holiday Inn Kochi, and previously I worked with Radisson Blu. I have experience in kitchen operations, menu planning, food quality, hygiene standards, and team handling. I am a hardworking, disciplined, and passionate chef, and I always focus on guest satisfaction and maintaining food quality. Now I am looking for a better opportunity where I can use my experience and grow professionally. Thank you.
