I'm Saikat Mondal, a passionate culinary professional from West Bengal, India, with a strong academic background in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. Currently completed an MBA in Hospitality, I also holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. I had gained hands-on experience working with renowned hospitality brands, including The Westin Kolkata, JW Marriott Kolkata, and The Lalit Great Eastern. Internationally, I have worked as a Line Cook in the USA and completed a culinary internship at The Abbey Resort & Avani Spa in USA. Skilled in food preparation, kitchen operations, and team collaboration, I am dedicated to continuously enhancing my culinary expertise and delivering high-quality dining experiences.
