Am a pastry chef with over8yrs of work experience, able to bake a variety of baked goods like speciality breads e.g cheese and onion bread, multi cereal bread, Twisted brioche, buns, hotdog rolls, oat bread and many others. Am also able to bake tea items, deserts, as well as cakes for different occasions and decorate as well. I am able to work with whipped cream, butter cream as well as fondant. Cookies are not left out as I can make e.g chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cookies, coconut cookies, vanilla, bran Cookie e.t.c That's just but a few of the items Iam confident to say Iam able to bake.
