I am currently working in Malta as a Chef de Partie responsible for the grill and fry station, where I have been working for the past two years in a busy restaurant serving up to 70–79 covers per service. In my current role, I manage my station independently, preparing high-quality grill and fried dishes while ensuring consistency, speed, and presentation during service. Working in a fast-paced kitchen has strengthened my ability to stay organized under pressure while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards. Before moving to Malta, I gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry in Uganda, where I worked in a cake bakery for one year. During this time, I developed strong baking skills including cake preparation, dough preparation, bread and pastry production, and general baking techniques, which allows me to support different sections of the kitchen when needed. I am a hardworking, reliable, and passionate chef who is always eager to learn new techniques and grow professionally, and I work well in a team environment while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
