My name is Sarvesh Umesh Vajarinkar. I am a passionate and dedicated pastry chef, recently graduated from the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, Mumbai (Advanced Pastry & Culinary Arts, 2024–2025). I also hold a Diploma in Hotel Management from Annamalai University (2015–2017), which gave me strong foundational knowledge in hospitality operations. During my journey, I have gained practical experience in bakery production, plated desserts, chocolate work, breads, viennoiserie, and cake decoration. I also worked with Amul India Ltd in the packaging department, which helped me understand quality control, hygiene standards, and production management. I am creative, hardworking, and always eager to learn new techniques in pastry arts.
