I am Arslan Arshad, currently working as a Chinese First Commis Chef in Prayagraj. Cooking is not just my job, it is something I genuinely enjoy doing every day. My aim is to become a Head Chef in the future and lead my own kitchen with confidence and responsibility. Right now, I work in the Chinese section where I prepare dishes, manage mise en place, maintain hygiene, and make sure every plate goes out with good taste and proper presentation. I try to learn something new every day and improve my speed and skills during busy service hours. My biggest strength is my positive attitude. I stay calm under pressure and always try to support my team. I believe that hard work and consistency will help me achieve my goal. I am a very optimistic person and always ready to grow in my career. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, gaming, cooking, and exploring different cuisines from around the world.
