My name is Dancan Kibet, and I’m currently studying cookery at Britts College. I have hands-on experience in commercial kitchens through my practical training, including prep, proteins, vegetables, sauces, mise en place, and supporting chefs during live service. I am reliable, hardworking, and quick to learn new skills. I’m looking for a kitchen hand/ commis role where I can contribute to your team and continue developing my experience. I’m available for afternoons, nights, and weekends, and I would be happy to attend a short trial to show my abilities.
