Istart my Carrier as Trainee captain Hotel Garden Inn . Worked 6 yers in Service. My own interest I joined in Kitchen.2004 Hotel SamarKand . I worked with Royal Orchid group of Hotel ,Katriya Hotel ,Ramee Groups of Hotel, Monarch Groups of Hotel. Bangalore and Hyderabad. Present ly working with Regenta Resort Shaklespur as Executive Chef.Iam specialist in North Indian Kitchen having Knowledge of Pri opning,Menu planning,food costing, Team bealding . Knowledge of ODC I did big out door Catring and Banquet Parti with BIEC,SAAP,IMTEX, CII. Myentra etc in Bangalore.in any situation I can handle the Kitchen.
